The new Wollaston station that took 2 years and millions of dollars reconstructing. It is filled with puddles of water in the station lobby and on the stairs. Parts of the station and part of the stairs was closed off last couple of days. Fare gates are always broken.

Running a government like a business is often a bad idea. Businesses have a single financial bottom line that must subsume other goals. A transit authority must also care about other public ends such as affordable access to more people, reducing emissions, and safety.

Delays of “up to 15 minutes” yet you first reported this 2 1/2 hours ago. This means people who start getting text alerts at 8:00 have no idea of the actual scope of the problem. Be honest in your communications. It’s the literal least you could do and costs nothing.

Why are we okay with this and why is there zero accountability? There have been multiple delays daily - for most people, if something they managed performed as poorly as the T does, they'd be fired. There needs to be some level of accountability

Freaky. I was the only one that got off at Arlington station. Nobody else around. Did something happen to the outside world while I was riding?
