Today, a process against a women began. She had made harrassing/sexually explicit messages she had received on facebook public - with the name and busniess details of the sender. For that, HE sued HER - for damages to his business and his family.

Similarly to Germany, in Switzerland you can report someone who insulted you in private. Only in Austria it needs a third party witnessing the insult. Fun fact: “kein Ehrenmann” is a punishable insult.

An alternative to getting proof who was harassing you before making it public, is to ask them how they meant it.

Der und die Initiative von Zara und haben das Thema öffentlich in den Brennpunkt gerückt. Die Regierung macht einen Gipfel. Weder Zara, noch Sigi sind dazu eingeladen. Klingt dings. Ist es auch.
