Did you know a symptom of is mood swings? I’d be crying on the sofa one minute, shouting at the kids for breathing, then apologising and be ‘all ok’ within a space of one morning. This Jekyll and Hyde was horrible to be around. RT raise awareness!

Today I’m so fed up with erratic bleeding. I need a panty liner, no I don’t I need a pad, bugger this bulk in my knickers I’ll use a tampon,oh nothing on tampon I’ll use nothing. Oh. I’ve just flooded 😑 RT. Menopause doesn’t mean no bleeds.

Women in surgical and premature menopause must have access to Testosterone, many women in natural menopause could benefit too but are often denied despite NICE guidelines. This has to change.

Result! Menopause Support made a submission to SMC committee in July explaining Ospemifene, an oral option for vaginal atrophy, would offer options for women & chance for many elderly women in care to receive treatment. Now approved.

Deficient in a vitamin we would supplement it right? Asthmatic we'd take meds/inhaler? Same for any condition? So what's the problem with ladies supplementing their hormones with HRT? It saves lives and allows ladies to feel good again 👍💕
