Used to need to always eat near bedtime. I was hungry with low-fat diet and my stress levels caused me to crave a “dopamine hit” (sugar, oatmeal, yogurt). W/ I’m satisfied at night. W/intermittent fasting, the kitchen is closed after dinner. Life is so much easier.
