When you promise to get the pace right early on in your tempo and are way off! Great mornings work with Now pass me the shovel, there’s gardening to be done!

I've had worse views on a morning run. What an amazing place is. Happy to get another run in. Still yet to bump into a grizzly bear.

Ran to the quarry in the mountain and back today and I can safely say that drinking Ouzo and Raki until 1am is not good preparation for a hilly run. Can't burn the candle at both ends I'm afraid.

Phew! It's not very hot (yet) this morning but soooo humid it felt like I went for a swim, not a run! 🏊‍♀️🏃‍♀️

TRYING to prep for the Franklin Lions Club’s Tuff Run this Sunday. Feels more like I am cramming though. (Well, at least I am not cramping...)

Took a couple days off due to morning schedules, so it felt great to run a couple miles today.

Not a bad way to start the day, followed by an exploratory run through the town (found the athletic track, know where I'm doing 400s tomorrow).

Alness parkrun is on, plenty of puddles and it’s muddy through the trees, so wear trail shoes if possible

I just love wearing my Comrades and Oceans gear when running abroad, I wonder if the people of Crete think that Comrades is a multi stage race, given the distance lol 😂🤣🏃.

Some times takes 2 years, sometimes 30. Real entrepreneurs don't care. Winners forget to win the race, they just LOVE TO RUN. I love to see young people succeed.

That explains why I run a mile on one treadmill, then hop on another one to do another mile, and another and another and another and another ... 9 treadmills later I'm as high as a kite 🤪🏃🏼‍♀️ Treadmill hoping takes the monotony away ...
