Still waiting for Flight Refunds for cancelled Jet2 flights in June. Jet2 informed me that they had refunded the money to in June. So why do keep telling me they are trying to get our money back mid September. What a disgrace.

have resigned from over this issue, RA flights are scheduled and non refundable, LH know that and it is LH who are at fault here not RA as under the PTR2018 it is their responsibility to refund you.

what a joke. Due to go iceland in 2 weeks. Nothing but trouble trying to get my refund back. Talking to a robot isn’t solving anything. They are trying to keep my money. Why should you have it?. The full amount of my holiday to be refunded pls !!!!
