Q4. small toddlers can’t tell the difference between painting with water and painting with paint. They often spend hours “painting the house”

Q2 It's tricky. Also have a spag bol addict here. They say to get them involved in the cooking and also to put bowls of food on the table so they can try and serve themselves and 'choose'- think often it can become a power battle.

Q2. It’s so hard when they’re not eating but think he others are right to just advise to ride it out. Keep offering lots of different foods especially different textures. I find getting mine to try new things when with other kids helps

If anyone wanted to visit Strawberry Hill to see the Lost Treasures exhibit, it ends this week. If you haven't been to then I recommend a visit, its beautiful! 💙

Q2. My boy was the same but it’s so much easier now he’s older and I can bribe him to eat his vegetables with the promise of pudding. Ride it out, stressing is the worst

Yesterday at the Victoria Albert museum, did finding Wally activity with Mustafa. It was fun and we saw some areas of the museum we hadn’t seen before.

My daughter isn’t the best at going to sleep. Sometimes I put a small cup of Epsom salts in her bath & it really helps to relax her. Magnesium is amazing. Only a little, as can be a bit irritating on the skin, if too strong.
