My new fav show is on . This show is awesome! Respecting the animal and opening up processing knowledge to an audience that usually only buys in Styrofoam trays not in butcher paper. This show is great!

Brief layover in Paris, and it’s now easier to find banana bread than a croissant at CDG. How can connect and celebrate local wonderfulness instead of dumbing everything - from jobs to food - down to meh?

The most important thing for us is the traceability & provenance of our food. Everything we put on your (& our) plates has a story. 95% of what we serve comes from less than 30 miles of where we are. We are proud of that fact.
