No matter how the formats of books change, two things will always be true: 1) Libraries are, at their core, about the sharing of resources. 2) Librarians love to connect people with what the are looking for.

Libraries are important for everybody, but they are super EXTRA important for / people. Make sure your electronic options are easy to access for people who can't come in and can't use the phone!
