Recently, we had someone show interest via the Internet, and they shipped us a whole box of books! Most of them were YA, with one exception in the J FIC section. We are extremely grateful to our donor!

I love From the comfort of my own home I reserved Hakan Nesser, Kate Mosse, Ann Cleeves. All I need to do is pick them up once they are available. Books are such a luxury but libraries offer that luxury to all. Sweden, Shetland and France sounds like a grand adventure.

Libraries Are Valuable My memory of my local library sends me sailing across the waters of my youth back to the shores of my town library. It was there, in that library, where I discovered something very important to me. I discovered literary wonderment.

This is just a rebranding exercise to look hip. Many have had name changes like this but essentially are still libraries. Be more interested to find out what programs have been downgraded at the expense of the new endevours. Do they still have a TL? What's been lost?
