if you really feel passionate about promoting BAME & LGBT writers then PLEASE start recommending them! Don't have separate lists - when someone says "can you recommend a book to me?" Have a BAME or LGBT book/author prepared.

A3: Back in the day, we would have Drop everything & read- the whole school would participate. DEAR should be brought back! I would also love to have a book cart for indoor recess when it rains as a wonderful alternative to being bored inside!
