Playing around in engine with architecture trying to support themes in game with . For instance, here I want the player to feel safe, the soft curved edges help with that as opposed to a rigid 90-degree angle. Realism is rarely the answer

Currently working with a friend on a Rage 2 Proto. I’m doing the level design and the easy scripts (open doors, button) and he’s doing the blueprints things. More to come at the end of July. all of this project is my first steps on UE4

Hello there! the final blockout of a competitive map I'm doing for CS:GO defuse mode as a first approach to the Hammer editor. A lot of iterations and changes went through various playtests, as I was more concerned about the flow and balancing the two sides.

Hey team, for episode 3 of Level 1 I'm tackling Arkham Asylum. For those new to my stuff, on occasion, I do a series on what designers do to teach players the game's mechanics. Episode 1 is here if you missed it.

Next step is creating more complex architecture and implementing textures. I already gathered references and the theme is a small town, didn't want to create something too much complex as the overscope is always behind a corner. I will post more at work done!

Really happy with the progression I am taking with this project. Bunch of new fog effect renderers and lighting overhaul. Now its time to beef up the world.

After re-watching all the Lord of the rings movies, gathered references and document the level idea, I thought wouldn't it be cool idea to deign Barad-Dûr as a playable level.

Looking for some feedback from the community on little tips/tricks I can do to make some of these rooms a little more interesting. I ask because I am a little concerned some look rectangular & "blocky". I have my flow & progression just looking for shape ideas.

Pretty happy with how this is coming together. Some small architectural changes tonight where I changed this entrance to a softer looking curve as opposed to a standard 90-degree doorway. I think it's had the desired effect.
