Well during lockdown tried my best to keep fit which included getting a second hand spin bike and downloading Les Mills on demand and Peloton, what a pile of rubbish Peloton is, Les Mills all the way a far superior app and training program. free bike please👍

Yesterday's exercise. Body combat. Killing it at 160 beats per minute average heart rate. Max HR range sustained for 19 minutes. Reached peak of 212 bpm.
