The parallel between John (Pres. & CEO T-Mobile) and Carlos (ex-Chairman & CEO Renault-Nissan) is interesting. Despite all the power they have gathered, the first stayed in his 'employee role' when the second took himself as a 'founder' of the company. Fatal error.
