Bought a bike because I got inspired by all the new bike lanes. It’s almost as if cycling infrastructure directly causes more people to cycle, which improves the city in many ways, including me complaining less about feeling old and unhealthy.

Really? Again? that’s two in a year — remember the Aubrey Dan debacle? I guess it’s “progress” we didn’t have to fight for an apology this time but can we move forward to vetting our speakers? Or better yet, interrupting them mid-speech? This is unacceptable.

Something big and electrical south of us just blew up and now the power is out in SoHo and part of old South. Seems like every fire truck in the city is on its way there.
