Ended my day on a high with a truly inspiring patient who’s lost 61kg (134lb) reversed pre-diabetes & has sustained an hba1c of 35mmol/mol for one year. He’s achieved this with a low carb lifestyle & intermittent fasting. He wanted me to share on twitter to inspire others!

In 14 weeks I lost two inches in waistline but my scale weight is down only 5lbs. I do heavy hand interval training 6 days a week at a half hour per. I anticipated greater scale weight declines. Anyone experience same?

⬇️ 50.5lbs / 22.9kg following a 🥑 🍳 lifestyle since 14 May. That's the equivalent of 10 Chihuahua dogs 😂 My average weekly loss is 2.7lb / 1.23kg and I'm now less than 3lbs away from my first target 👊😎

"Everything you know about obesity is wrong." Obese people need our help, not our judgement. I still see that has to be offered as as option.

With the change of season & losing weight /post babies bod, putting on jeans resembles the story of the three bears. I have seven different sizes. These are way too big. These are too wide. These are a little too snug. These are just right!

You are right. I shouldn't have done that. I was trying to prove that you are right by finding a page in the site of the ADA that suggest a diet. But I couldn't find it. Can you help me prove you are right?

I have been applying concepts in my practice. Witnessing reversal of diabetes, morbid obesity, hypertension, metabolic syndrome. Patients used to cry from despair now they have tears of joy.

We should start collecting how many of these their are, I've never felt worse than when I cut meat out of my diet, bloated and put on weight. Have been on a keto diet and my BMI is now normal and I never wake up tired or have mood swings.
