Ever make lasagna without the pasta? I did it both ways tonight in one pan. Half had pasta, half didn't. Pasta part was for the kid. But in tasting both sides, the pasta was undoubtedly the boring part. Either way, it was a big pile of super deliciousness.

👊BOOM fatty liver gone on a low carb diet! Notice lower trigs c/w low carb 1.6➡️0.7 HDL is up to 1.3 from 0.8. LDL 1.7 ➡️2. WHY IS THIS NOT MAINSTREAM ADVICE??? It works , it’s obvious.
