This is a great way to give your love. Lay on your side & place a foam roller under one armpit, extending the arm on the side of the roller forward. Roll front to back allowing the roller to through tight, sore spots. Give this move a try after a back workout!

A great superset to hit the lats are alternate one arm lat pull downs supersetted with Dumbbell Pullovers isolates the lats for width. 3-4x 10-12 reps each
