A bat was found flying around our office yesterday. If this was an intended gift from someone, please note that we cannot accept it since executive branch employees cannot accept gifts unless an exception applies. Also, it's a bat, so no.

The Kansas Highway Patrol has seen a 300%+ increase in marijuana seized since 2016, which is one of the reasons they’ve requested a new evidence facility. Legalizing marijuana would not only generate revenue for the state, but also save on agency costs like this

Forgiveness is one thing. Rewarding someone who continues to conduct themselves in as appalling a manner as Mr Coleman is another. It's important not to conflate the two.

Of course, it’s KS. And one key element of D politicking is to emphasize the very radicalism of many R candidates on a host of issues.

We need a strong focus on economic recovery. This includes a comprehensive plan that involves all stakeholders. This is absent in Kansas and is why we are last in economic recovery.

You mean putting 330,000 business owners back on the income tax roles? You're just mad because now YOU have to pay your share of income taxes, just like everyone else. And what about that sales tax increase you voted for? The one that hits low-income households hardest?
