Running is all about setting goals. Age and injuries (or both) force us to adjust our goals. 17 weeks ago, I had total knee replacement surgery. Today, I broke 11:00 for the first week time. Time to keep readjusting the goal!

Good to see outcomes are equivalent at 2 years with cemented and cementless implants. Unfortunately it is difficult to establish the “value” of the press fit devices if they cost more and no outcomes difference is demonstrated. Perhaps will need 10yr data?
