Hot Fat fire demo, this happens when you put a cup of water into a pan of burning cooking oil, water's heavier than the oil, it sinks to the bottom of the pan, instantly boils, turns to steam & expands by 1700 times, this produces the fireball

Someone of us want to cook with bleached palm oil. But when you want to do so, pour it in the pot (preferably aluminum pot) and cover it. I suggest that you bleach on medium heat for 10 to 20 mins. Put it off and allow to cool before opening it.

Thanksgiving is just a week away. Along with your menu and your guest list, think about how you are going to keep your family safe. More home fires happen on Thanksgiving than any other day of the year, mostly starting in the kitchen.

Practice safe cooking habits. Never leave the kitchen with the stove burning. If you have to leave, then turn off the burners. Do not wear loose fitting or flowing clothes that may catch fire.
