Hell yeah! Tonight is “Zoodle” Lasagna w/ Meat Sauce, Ricotta Cheese, Mushrooms, Mozzarella Cheese, Herbs & Spices, basically everything that’s in a normal Lasagna only replacing the Pasta with Zucchini 🤤👍 -26lbs as of 2day 🙌

Before and After of my husband. He started Keto 14 weeks ago. Starting weight was 240 lbs. Yesterday he hit his personal goal of 205! Down 35 lbs and feeling great! Great Job!
