Been some time since I posted food. Sunday is climbing day for me and I also hit the gym at the same time so I went for more proteins today. Cheese, spinach, bacon eggs with a burger patty with cheese on top.

Keto is a low-carb diet, not a no carb diet. You just have to determine what to eat and what you can't eat. Basically, it should be 5-10% carbs, 20-25% protein and 70-80% fats, that will still depend on how it will fit your needs.
