Decided a month ago I really needed to lose some weight and get fitter. I turned to a lifestyle . Wasn't sure if it was just another fad but, since starting, I have felt so much better & with a 10 pound weight loss I'm feeling positive that this could work.

The most common attack on Low Carbs diets is that they are somehow “dangerous”. Do a quick comparison: billions of people at risk from health conditions where excessive carb intake is a factor... Versus literally no one dying of carb deficiency.

I have been on meds for my bipolar most of my adult life... I got up to 600 lbs had a sleeve gastrectomy and eventually ballooned back over 500 lbs. Started Keto in August and have lost 98 lbs working out 2 x's a day 5-6 days a week. Change the behavior

I was very happy when my eating reduced my clothing size from XL (sometimes XXL) down to XS. But now equally happy that daily push-ups and pull-ups have increased my upper body - so I no longer fit in XS and have stepped up to Small!!
