Unconventional Wisdom: Eat foods that make you feel good, satisfied & energetic. Find out what those foods are. Eat mostly Protein and it's accompanying fat. skip meals, create a bit of a caloric deficit. Get exercise 2-3 times a week in a fasted state. Enjoy your life

If your one who needs or prefers to go slow start here: 1) Eliminate vegetable/seed oils & sugar.2) when ready, eliminate all Grains. Next, eliminate fruit & Increase meat from Ruminants. Next eliminate all starch & legumes. Next, start skipping one meal a day & moving more

Every bit of it was wrong : Saturated fat is not harmful, eating frequent meals is not good, multiple servings of whole grains are toxic, lots of fruit isn't good for U, long sessions of cardio don't make you lean. Protein doesn't hurts your kidneys. Do the exact opposite
