Listened to the podcast, you all killed it! Keep up the great work, for us living out of state it's a great listen. Felt like I was back in the Ville talking with friends. They need to let you all do it from the new acc studio on campus.

Eff this bullshit. Depression sucks. I’ve had the worst 48 hours and it just keeps going down hill. I’m not going to stop talking about depression because it makes YOU feel uncomfortable. Ever wonder how bad it makes me feel?

The world changed my smile a very long time ago... I rarely laughed outloud... Now I can't stop smiling, giggling, laughing... Something has clicked with me in the last month that is completely changing my life...

This just sounds like another angry ***hole trying to silence & shame victims. If you don’t support victims of abuse, you are part of the problem. Predators thrive in environments where victims are silenced. The greatest tool that a survivor has is their voice!

When stuff sounds alarmingly familiar (Please excuse the non-PG rating): "I do not trust women anymore. They're all filthy cheating whores who will screw any and every guy over. I'm really not scared of anything anymore." , , , .

She’s totally right. It is all about getting the right help. The more we normalise mental health the more people will feel able open up. Here’s a little poem I wrote based on my struggles. hope it helps.

Well done Ben. Important to own your feelings and know you're ok. Feelings are not wrong or right - they are just feelings. It is what you choose to do about them that matters. Powerful to acknowledge them and continue to follow your chosen plan.

Ryan, your perspective is important. Thank you. As a parent, I tend to agree with you that social media harms kids/teens and so does the independent research. about this.

UK hasn’t been legitimate which make plays like this on your home field even sweeter because Louisville fans think their program is legitimate.

you are so right there Don, I support that notion entirely - male or female - please keep talking, about your experience - as the world needs to from this epidemic in our society, only when we talk about it, can we lessen the impact and lessen the numbers!
