At our latest river pick, our trusty volunteers retrieved 4 Supermarket trollies, picked 8 bags litter and retrieved a safe, which unfortunately didn't contain any cash! A fire extinguisher seen previously was nowhere to be seen.

This is a regular site at roundabouts and roadsides. Litter is becoming compacted and enmeshed with shrubs and undergrowth, no doubt suffocating the earth and its natural inhabitants. !!

Yesterday I bumped into a chap from my office and he said to me. "You know, I've seen you out at lunchtimes and have been inspired" He has bought a picker and bag loop and is going to litter pick when he walks his dog.

Quick Monday whinge about tidiness. I often find empty discarded inhibitor bottles in lofts, whatโ€™s the issue with carrying that empty bottle back downstairs to put in the recycling ๐Ÿคฏ๐Ÿคฆ๐Ÿฝโ€โ™€๏ธ Does my head in lazy bones.
