KJ 101: Remember the draft door at the bottom is for large temperature changes and the Top or Kontrol Tower has 4 marks designated for smaller adjustments.

So I started smoking a Boston Butt last night at 9:30 PM. I havenโ€™t opened smoker since then...it smells like heaven. Canโ€™t wait to see what it will look like, but more importantly taste like.
