Still get goosebumps thinking about Sunday's . This is somewhere around 8k when I was breezing through downhill at 5.15 min per km pace, dreading to experience the uphill. Came out strong, !

I canโ€™t believe I just happened. Smashed a set of 8 with 235 ( betless squat ). I have never done them that fast. 380 might be possible by the end of the month if everything goes to plan.

On my visit to Columbus, OH I spent sometime at @fitforlifephysicaltherapy Fit For Life PT for a runners evaluation. I love the location in the Fleet Feet FrontRunner running store I wish all running stores had this setup
