The most common running overuse injuries are Achilles tendon issues, Iliotibial band syndrome, Patellofemoral pain (runners’ knee), and plantar fasciitis. I've had them all (and also treated them all in my clinic).

Treating an can involve many modalities, but it very rarely involves doing nothing.  If you’re dealing with low back pain😰, seek out opportunities to move.  Yoga🧘🏻‍♂️, strength training🏋🏻‍♀️ or even walks🚶🏻‍♂️are all ways for you to improve your movement quality and reduce pain

In worse news, MurderCat chomped on my arm last night and broke the skin, so I'm staring at it fixedly waiting for it to misbehave. The arm, not the cat. That's a guarantee.

Torts are wrongdoings that are done by one party against another. If you slip and fall in the aisle of a grocery store and file a claim against the store, you become the plaintiff and the store is considered the tortfeasor (defendant).

Bugger of a blood blister. Never had one here. Didn’t hurt when I was running. Either a high pain threshold or no sense.

I hate the exhausted and completely useless way I feel after falling yesterday morning. I'm very sure my injury wasnt that bad but I'm still tired and it hurts pretty bad still. Fucking hate this.

I only got a month back in the saddle doing what I love but lightning has struck twice. This time the heel is fractured in the same foot as before. Disappointing is an understatement. Have to stop landing on my feet. 🙈😅
