PSA: doing things that don’t scale doesn’t mean doing things that will never scale. Eg... selling a $10/mo SaaS without the possibility of upping the price in a total serviceable market of 1000 customers of which 90% don’t care about moving to the cloud

Browsing through hackernews and I came across this post asking about who has bootstrapped their own SaaS projects . It’s awesome to see in the comments that there are that have been able to create services that people actually use.

One of the hardest things I find as a bootstrapper is growing my team with great hires? Or as calls them, “A-players”. Big tech can outcompete based on salary and brand. What are other doing to overcome this problem?

Theory: Founders who don't put up a landing page until *after* they have acquired 3+ customers are **significantly** more likely to succeed.

I'm curious, what are the best SaaS apps build by Indie Devs? Bonus points if initial version launched within a month! I'm looking into some ideas and want to learn from others experiences. Please help!
