Richard with a few easy tweaks this could easily be readable by people who are colourblind and would avoid you losing 1 in 12 of your male audience and 1 in 200 females. I managed to decode it eventually but only because there were a few clues in the heading.

A few weeks ago I noticed a swimsuit promo which featured a mature woman with an obvious abdominal scar. Then I saw a Target ad for kids’ clothing featuring a little boy with Down’s syndrome. Yesterday, this turned up. Just want to say thank you to Target.

Sorted through a stash of really old business cards. One card had the person's (in the ) name and contact in embossed Braille dots. Should be a regular practice to include visually-impaired/low vision people.
