I love this so much! We have to stop blaming the end-users of generated knowledge for not adopting it fully or accurately. It is the responsibility of those of us generating that knowledge to make sure it is usable and meaningful

I participated in TIDIRH last year and highly recommend! It helped consolidate my knowledge and build wonderful connections, plus lots of feedback on grant ideas. You need institutional $ support but (I know someone needs to hear this) you’re worth the investment.
