AT&T had the government contract for the area after the disaster. That’s why they had signal > they had satellite trucks shipped in like an army. The towers were completely destroyed in our area. Remember we did just go through Cat 5 Hurricane!

You should see what people do for their neighbors after a hurricane leaves people powerless for weeks. It really diminishes a minor, couple hours long power outage in a huge metro area.
