Build muscular traps and forearms without iron weights? Get two heavy bags or buckets at the home depot. Pour sand in them. Walk laps around the park. You will build muscle.

I miss the gym session , the social interactions. But training at home has its benefits too . Doesn't matter what you do . Just get moving 💪. Exercise helps with my battle with anxiety and depression. Great for my body and mind ❤️
