Great afternoon a Styrian wolf smash with Chevalier malt using Hornindal Kveik yeast . All went smooth. Even a neighbouring cat took the time to sample the delights! Also kegged up a hallertau blanc smash using the same kveik in the hang time.

Funny fermentation profile with . Saccharomyces tends to ferment quickly in one go. This started the same way, then died down and has slowly gained momentum again 🤔

Question for brewers out there. Using a homemade heat exchanger. Should the water run fast and come out cold or run slowly and come out hot?

Have to adjust the CO2 a little on tap to tone the head down a little but we now have a canning line. This was Ghost River.
