English bitter is looking good. Using New World Strong Ale yeast which is smelling gorgeous and fruity as hell despite my hops being all 'fuddy' and earthy! This yeast has ripped through the wort in less than 2 days; this is why it's my go-to yeast.

What makes Noble Hops so Noble? I know one thing for sure, they are favorites, especially during lager season and brewing classic styles!

Four fermentation’s going at once: Imperial Honey Blonde, Barleywine, Blueberry Honey Blond, American Pale Ale. I have an Imperial Stout on deck, ready to brew. I think I may have to buy another carboy fermentor. I don’t wanna wait until these are done.

Well I got the Tilt Pi app working. It's brilliant. The only issue I had is a bug where entering your email address into the software stops the readings being sent to the cloud. Now 22°C D-rest. My Fuggles/Bramling Cross bitter is a respectable 4.9%.

So this pumpkin ale has held up very well, still tasty. (Assuming you're up for pumpkin beers)

a double sized kolsch with a bag of organic Pils malt from my new best friend, Jay . Half gets German Ale yeast, half gets Hornidal Kveik. Showing my neighbor Chris the beauty of making homebrewed beer!

More and labels. This time round its a Grapefruit IPA. "Pazi" translates as "Watch it / Look Out" from a sign on a power box I found in Serbia. Pazi is quite accurate, I don't know the ABV of this one.
