Even with parts of the process automated, mapping 25,000 neurons in the fly #hemibrain has taken huge amounts of human effort. More than 100 people have been involved, including teams who proofread neural reconstructions produced by computers.

1) It's official! They're using our ring neuron nomenclature!
2) Just as we thought...we underestimated their diversity.
