I explained to new neighbours last March that the hole in fence was deliberate and please don’t block it. They now have similar gap other side of garden. We now have a small highway AND LOOK WHO CAME LAST NIGHT😍

station moved slightly. I made it that anti-cat I think it also made it anti-hedgehog.

At 31 years of age, and an avid lover of nature, it’s a bit sad that today was the first time I’ve seen a that wasn’t squished on the side of the road. This little one clearly knew it was and time to wake up...hope it’s warm enough to do so though!

quiet with the rain at this feeding station but this one was the only visitor last night the camera picked up (it has missed a few), shaking it all about. Other feeding stations have been emptied of food though.

Discovered this poor wee on our roadway. Looks thin and not sure why its so wobbly. Will see if it eats the cat meat and hopefully it'll improve.

Do you compost? It's a great way to recycle scraps and to improve your garden as well as being very friendly! Hedgehogs often use sites to shelter and nest as well as eating any stray worms and insects!

We’re pleased to support the Surrey Heath Hedgehog Survey- if you see one of the black plastic tunnels in one of our parks or open spaces over the next few weeks, please don’t disturb it! 🦔🐾

I hope some move in! Would the children like to meet ‘Mr Chog’ and Friends at a LionLearners experience event? I am able to do a free assembly from 5-11th May during awareness week to the first 3 primary schools in Northamptonshire to reply.

I also used to leave a few as a treat for any nighttime visitors (fox or hogs) along with cat food in a bowl & cat biscuits. Mealworms are now saved for day time visitors ( birds). It used to say a few were ok, but I see guidelines change, just like in our diets.
