1/2 Three years ago today I was lying in a hospital bed hearing the news that I have with an ejection fraction of 10%. Since then I have run 4 10k races, numerous 5ks, hiked 192miles Coast to Coast and over 1000 miles to date in 2019.

Finally, fever goes down. Last night the fever went up to 38.9 degrees and I was a little surprised, but today it managed to go down. If I got up today and still had a fever, I was going to the hospital.
