Get into the habit of packing food to eat during the day. You can pack water, some fruit for snacks during the day or a salad for lunch. Packing helps you to keep with and is useful particularly when are not easy to come by.

Learn to appreciate food in its natural state -not the overly sweet or salty flavor of processed food. By adding more fresh, whole foods to your diet, the desire to eat overly processed, "fake" food will diminish. Give it some time!

Got this idea from LeanIn15 - low fat Greek yoghurt mixed with honey, raspberries and pecans, poured onto a tray and then put into freezer. A nice treat to satisfy any sugar cravings. 👍🏻
