Due to hot dry weather this year, wheat harvest was early and unfortunately, we missed out on helping😒hopefully we’ll still get to play at corn harvest🙏🏻 😎📸’s from last year Thers nothing more rewarding than family helping family 😃

The chaser 🚜 clocked up more hrs than the chaser took boxes full. Poor 🥝 kiwi, it was a bit hot coming from -15 in BC 🇨🇦 to 40 degrees in wheatbelt WA.

900 edible acres - 49 days - twice plugged cylinders full of mud - failed slip clutch - removed one chopper - replaced entire cylinder after shaft broke - one-stepping frozen ground. 140 combine hours - 200+ windrow hours - but we got it done. Awesome team effort

Corn continues on this frosty Remembrance Day as we remember those that gave the ultimate sacrifice for the freedoms so many of us seem to take for granted today. Hope you all were proud to wear a poppy and thank you veterans!

This was my one farmer hack learning from this where augers and hoppers we’re sitting under bins and in the elements for 2+ months. Tarp strap keeps them dry.
