Zoals beloofd, een rustiger tempo, want nieuw schema. Doel van dit schema is om 5 kilometer in een vlot tempo te gaan lopen, wat betekent dat dat tempo in de loop van de tijd weer omhoog zal gaan. Ook zal ik als onderdeel van dit schema een keer 10 kilometer rennen.
