1. Parents and kids in are waiting over 2 years for a safe space to have supervised court visits. This can put women in unsafe situations, forcing them to meet ex-partners face-to-face. Thanks to Covid, this is only going to get worse.

This morning the Superior Court extended the injunction preventing the involuntary removal of individuals from homeless encampments until the motion can be heard in early-September, 2020. This was done on consent.
