In pictures: Harvesting of pepper at our farm. peppers can be harvested while they are green or wait until they develop full color. Leaving the peppers on the vine longer until they color up will increase both the flavor and the spiciness level.

Amazing trade! Took a bottle of to a hunter friend. He said, hey take some meat. The some at least 40 lb of steaks, loins, ground meat and even hotdogs plus couple of geese breast and a bag of and poblano peppers. I wish I brought a much larger bottle.

Ok, finally I’ve got a Trinidad (red) and a yellow Habanero. They are hot! Especially the red ones. Can not eat one even in two weeks. I need a recipe of salsa to preserve them. Could you recommend one? Also, can I dry them?
