Two separate gym sessions today, both cardio based. First to pass the time while my car had it's MOT. Secondly prearranged with Definitely feeling stronger by the day. And to think this time 6 weeks ago I could barely walk.

Last training session with the Ladies led by Chris Hazell & I didn’t want to take it easy! Taper ... what taper? 🤷🏻‍♀️ Sprint intervals were a killer but I did my fastest mile tonight 💪🏻

I restarted my new dedicated fitness routine Jan 1st of this year. Down nearly 30lbs now. Could not do 1 weight assisted pull up when I started. Now I am able to do 3 - 5 rep sets of half my body weight.
