My walk yesterday. Thanks to hubs being off so he stays home w/Daughter. That way I can go for more intense walks. Was hot, but mostly in shade. So all good. This is beginning of a 3.63 mile walk I did.

8 hour shift at work, followed by 40 mins in gym, then 22 lengths swam in the pool. It’s great working in a hotel spa!
