A road run today with a few lumps.Trying to work on my pace get my fitness back now my ankle is relatively ok! It's slow still but faster since fracture 😀

A great run with mild grey sky's,but I was distracted by a fire in a public park,so I called the emergency services & went on my way. 6.2 miles done in 53 mins 😉
