Bruh after not squatting for about 4 months due to a hip injury and losing almost 200 lbs from my squat, I had to restart and decided to change to low bar. And just 3 weeks into my new program I went from struggling with 185lbs back up to the 300‘s🤷🏻‍♂️ lol

Still glad my body still can handle 5 wheels. (495lbs) at probably around a body weight of 136 ishhhh. On a side note: 3/4 of the gym stopped just to watch me pull this lmao
