July = knee injury recovery. Took 2 weeks off and resumed 6th July. Warmup, spin bike level 💩zero, treadmill half walk half light jog, rower C2 on level 7/10. Total 203 km bike, 66 treadmill and 42 rowing. Next week 🏋️again👊easy on squats
