Both these species are commonly called Red-eyed Tree . They're in the same family but not very related & one (Left: Agalychnis callidryas) is from the Americas, the other (Right: Litoria chloris) from Australia! That's one reason to learn scientific names!🐸

Late post, but spring peepers (Pseudacris crucifer) are calling. They’re the first American sighting for me. So much sound for such a tiny (~3 cm) animal!
