I attended a conference today for one of the youth on my caseload, where she amongst other’s from different NYC agencies were given the opportunity to voice their concerns, wants, needs etc. about being in the system....and I have so much to say about what I heard...

Woke up to heartbreaking news and started crying. 20 minutes later and I have goals, a working team behind me, and an action plan. It takes a village. For as long as God let’s me, I promise to serve alumni + current youth in care. Stay tuned.
