Second batch of made with 100% organic spelt flour from flour. With rosemary olives & sundried tomato: Like the chef it needs to be slightly less dense but it’s getting there.

Today’s adventure: with baby tomatoes, rosemary, garlic, and pecorino romano; soft ; sourdough bread. . . I made 2 triple batches of pretzels and used up a lot of my sourdough discard. :)
